1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the q333 platform, including all gaming products, financial services, and related digital content made available at q333.lat. By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or simply browsing the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform. q333 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the q333 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions. q333 may request documentation to verify your eligibility at any time, and failure to provide acceptable proof may result in account suspension.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. False registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must not be acting on behalf of or as an agent of a third party. Each account may only be used by the registered individual.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a q333 employee, where applicable restrictions apply.

3 Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on q333. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals. To register, you must complete the sign-up form accurately and in full.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Never share these with anyone.
• All activity conducted under your account is your sole responsibility, whether authorized by you or not. Report any unauthorized access to [email protected] immediately.
• q333 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any stage. You may be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method.
• Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant. q333 will attempt to contact you before any dormancy fees are applied.

q333 maintains the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice if we reasonably believe that the account is being used fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or in a manner harmful to the platform or other users.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

q333 supports a range of payment methods designed for players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major bank transfers through institutions such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and may be returned subject to applicable processing fees.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Processing times vary by method: mobile banking (bKash, Nagad) typically within 24 hours; bank transfers within 3–5 business days.
• All deposits must originate from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an automatic account review.
• q333 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Please check with your provider before initiating a transaction.

In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, q333 reserves the right to freeze account funds pending investigation. We cooperate with relevant authorities where legally required and take all AML obligations seriously.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

q333 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to eligibility criteria and wagering requirements. Bonuses are credited in BDT and cannot be exchanged for cash until the applicable rollover conditions are met.

• Welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositors only. A player who has previously held an account on q333 under any email address, phone number, or device does not qualify for a new welcome bonus.
• Standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount (unless specified otherwise in the individual promotion terms). For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in total wagering before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms. q333 may withdraw a bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Any winnings from free spins are subject to the standard wagering requirement.

6 Responsible Gaming

q333 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming. We provide a suite of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools can be accessed through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Once set, limits take effect immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion: If you feel your gaming is becoming a problem, you may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. Contact [email protected] to activate this option.
• Time-out: A short-term break of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 1 week can be applied to your account. During a time-out, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly forbidden on the q333 platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities where the activity constitutes a criminal offence.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or any form of match-fixing, including coordinated betting designed to manipulate odds or outcomes on cricket, football, or any other sport.
• Attempting to launder money through the platform, including structuring deposits and withdrawals in a manner designed to obscure the origin of funds.
• Creating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or using another person's identity or payment credentials without their explicit written consent.

q333 employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor account activity in real time. Any account flagged for suspicious behavior will be placed under review, during which withdrawal requests may be temporarily held.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the q333 platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of q333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from this platform for commercial purposes without the express written permission of q333. Unauthorized use is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, q333 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, any loss of funds, data, goodwill, or profits, whether caused by negligence, breach of contract, or otherwise.

q333 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We strongly recommend that players maintain their own backups and keep their devices protected with up-to-date security software.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. q333 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on q333, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers.

11 Amendments to These Terms

q333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will carry an updated effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued access to or use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international online gaming law and applicable standards for platforms operating in Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of q333 shall first be addressed through our internal complaints process. You may submit a formal complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and aim to resolve the matter within 14 business days. If a resolution is not reached through the internal process, both parties agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration before pursuing any other legal remedy.
